We cannot guarantee the availability of stock. In the event that stock is unavailable when you place your order, we will contact you to arrange a replacement, or arrange another acceptable replacement.

To ensure the freshness and quality of our produce, EURASIA Global Limited will only ship goods based on demand. Notification of delivery will be communicated either via email or by phone.
EURASIA Global Limited guarantees to deliver your goods within a week of purchase, unless otherwise communicated within 48 hours of purchase.
Delivery times will be communicated either by phone or email.
Delivery will only be attempted twice. After that, it will be your responsibility to collect the goods.
We may use an external courier to deliver the goods.
We cannot guarantee delivery in original packaging.
Prices are as stated on the website. No further discount is available.
Although we endeavor to ensure all the prices are correct, if an error occurs, we will either contact you to see if you would like to cancel the order, discount the order to our discretion; or notify you that we are cancelling the order.
We reserve the right to adjust prices, offers, goods and specifications at our discretion at any time before (but not after) we accept your order. Where an end date is specified on the website acts only as a guideline. We reserve the right to change the order at any time.
We will provide a full refund or replacement for any products that are faulty, unless the goods are considered perishable.
We may require faulty goods to be returned to us.
Any faults with perishable goods, must be communicated at the time of the delivery.
Cancellations and complaints
With the exception of perishable goods, you can cancel your delivery at any time within seven working days of delivery. All goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
In the event of a complaint please email us on email@example.com. The complaint will be acknowledged within 48 hours. All information given will be kept confidential, and handled by a Senior Manager or Director.
